Wireless units, CS50, CS10, CA10, CA10CD have a 1 year warranty
S12,S20,T10,A20,S11,CT10,CT12,T20 have a 1 year warranty
All mobile headsets have 1 year warranty

What are the tax and shipping charges?
The shipping of each order is based on the total weight of items. Unfortunately
we cannot calculate the shipping charge ahaed of time due to the constantly
changing shipping rates for both UPS and FedEx. There is a flat $2 fee
for handling and packaging regardless of the order size.
The tax is calculated based on the order amount + S&H.
For San Antonio, TX tax is 8.00%
For Austin and Dallas, TX tax is 8.25%
Anywhere else in Texas tax is 7.25%
For international and out of Texas orders there is no tax

What is our return policy?
We offer a 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Policy on most items. If you are not completely
satisfied with our product, we will exchange it or refund your money. Simply call us
toll free at 800-537-0755 or E-Mail us at
annie@firstcomminc.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Our Return Policies, all of which require a RMA number, are as follows:
→Unopened: If your item is unopened you may return your item to us for a refund
of the current product price*.
→Opened: If your item has been opened, but is not defective, you may return your
item to us. A restocking fee of 25% may apply*, and is based on inspection of units.
→Defective: If your item is defective, you have three options:
ºYou may EXCHANGE your item for an IDENTICAL item at no cost,
ºYou may EXCHANGE your item for a DIFFERENT item, by either paying the difference or
get credit towards the difference
ºYou may RETURN your item to us for a refund of the current product price less a 25% restocking fee.
*All products returned must be undamaged like new condition with unbroken vacuum and plastic
bags seals, 100% complete, and contain all original boxes and packing materials, have original
UPC codes on manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided
by the manufacturer. You CANNOT write the RMA# or any other notes, including name, address or
phone number, on the original manufacture's boxes and packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
